Who We Are

Who are we? We are two local women – Claire and Jackie. Together we have over 50 years’ experience, knowledge and skills in the funeral, health and social care professions. We are proud of what we do and the gentle and thoughtful ways we help to support and care for people.

Our Home

We have put a lot of thought and effort into every aspect of our premises to ensure it is a calm, warm, welcoming place in which people feel safe and relaxed. A place people are comfortable enough to spend time in, freely express their thoughts and feelings, and if they wish, to help care for the person who has died.

The service that these two ladies provided is second to none. After my mam died unexpectedly, I was an emotional wreck, but Claire and Jackie listened patiently to all my wishes and looked after mam (and me until her funeral. There was never any hard sell, everything was transparent, and I could be involved as much as I wanter to be. On the day of the funeral, I was so touched when Claire arrived wearing a purple cravat in honour of mam without being told to do so. From the very first visit there was empathy from both Jackie and Claire and I wouldn't have been able to get through those three weeks without them. Thank you, ladies."
